Louis R. Gigliotti is a co-founder of Nationwide-RealEstate.com and has been an officer and director since its inception.
Lou’s career is a testament to adaptability, passion and a relentless drive to make a difference in the lives of his clients. To him it’s all about building trust, solving problems and creating value for people.
Starting in the 1980s, he honed his marketing expertise in the long-term care sector while gaining deep insight into the unique needs of clients and the evolving dynamics of the industry. Witnessing both its triumphs and challenges he recognized the power of personalized service and innovation.
In the early 2000s, Lou took a bold step by co-founding a health club tailored to women which grew into one of the state’s most successful operations. After successfully selling that venture he turned his attention to the real estate market, a passion nurtured over years of study and hands-on experience.

James L. Smith
Co-Founder & Officer
James L Smith is a co-founder of Nationwide-RealEstate.com and has been an officer and director since its inception.
From 1972 to 1987 Mr Smith was a California licensed real estate agent as well as holding various licensed positions in the financial and insurance sectors.
He has developed an expertise in real estate allowing him to buy every property by himself and to also do all the marketing to sell them. He held additional licenses in stocks, commodities and insurance all of which further honed his ability to assist his clients.
One of his best talents is capital formulation, aka raising funds, the #1 most vital skill required for success as an out-of-the-box real estate investor. He was responsible for formulating the capitalization of $3.5 million in single private offerings.
As an alumni of San Diego State University, Jim continually expands his industry knowledge while capitalizing on current, strategic vehicles that assist his clients in reaching their real estate goals.
